BUILDING BLOCK FORTUNAPARK

P∙A is finalizing the preliminary design for a residential block at the new Fortunapark project in Vlaardingen. This project is being designed in close collaboration with WEST architecten and Juli Ontwerp, and features 23 comfortable family homes. It includes a community center on the ground floor and a central deck with expansive private and communal terraces. The complex embraces nature with its extensive use of greenery, wood, and bird nesting boxes. Upon completion, developers Timpaan and Ouwehand Bouwen & Ontwikkelen will guide the project toward realization.
STUDIES ON LARGE MULTIPLEX CINEMA

At the request of one of our most longstanding clients, P∙A is conducting feasibility studies for a multifunctional complex in the capital city of the Netherlands. The complex is set to include a movie theater, restaurants, a hotel, parking, and more, spanning a plot of over 4,000 m² with a potential capacity for more than 15,000 m² of development, accommodating up to 2,000 movie-goers..! In the coming weeks, PA will present the results of the study to its stakeholders.
HEALTHCARE BUILDING FOR HUMANITAS

In collaboration with our valued partner Juli Ontwerp, P∙A is working on a care building for 'Stichting Humanitas'. The complex consists of 160 care homes, offering a wealth of spaces for both spontaneous and planned social interactions. A key objective is to create a welcoming environment where residents feel at home, rather than anonymous building that feels like a healthcare institution! Greenery, natural materials lots of outdoor space all contribute to this goal. The sketch design will soon be completed, with the next step being the preliminary design.
