Firma230 is Rotterdam's new multi-tenant office building to be! Personal Architecture took initiative in transforming a former office building into multi-tenant office building Firma230, and have themselves moved into the building in 2021. After years of structural vacancy the space has finally reclaimed a meaningful spot in the city.
Firma230 is the building for 'urban business'. More than a multi-tenant office building, it is a place where open-minded and ambitious entrepreneurs work on the city of tomorrow - each in their own way and within their own field of expertise. What brings them together is an unmistakable love for the city of Rotterdam.
The concept is designed to facilitate space for collaboration, interaction and cross-pollination of ideas. Lunch, coffee, meetings, building scale models in the shared 'makersspace'. Hosting a seminar, organizing (cross) company drinks, and so much more...

the city canteen located on the ground floor enlivens the street and ensures that there is always something going on at Firma230
the city canteen becomes the place where you meet your fellow city residents, but also where you take a moment for yourself to reflect on the future of Rotterdam.
the entrepreneur's lounge in the basement is a place for informal meetings, a cup of coffee, or a drink.
the common areas in the basement provide space for, among other things, a lecture or workshop.
from the staircase, you can experience the various office spaces.
the offices can be flexibly arranged according to the tenant's wishes. Personal Architecture's office will be equipped with multiple meeting rooms and enclosed focus areas.
the heart of the office is this open-plan workspace. The cabinet walls provide ample space for color and material samples, and foldable drawing tables make it possible to work on large drawings together.
enclosed focus areas allow you to work on your own or withdraw for a brief meeting.
